By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not included unless agreed in writing.
Not included: new insulation (the existing insulation is removed and is not replaced), structural work (piers, joist/beam repairs, subfloor sheet replacement, engineering, foundation modifications), wall encapsulation (the vapor barrier is ground only), crawlspace access door, mold treatment, drainage or sump pump work.
Owner supplies: none required.
Contractor supplies: 10-mil white vapor barrier, AprilAire E100 dehumidifier, condensation pump and discharge line, electrical materials, vent-sealing materials.
MEP contingency: if live wiring/plumbing is found during the work, a change order covers rerouting.
Warranty: 12 months workmanship · 5 years on the dehumidifier.
Discount: 10% discount applied to this estimate.
